【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesrulesfordesign,calculationandinstallationforpreinsulatedbondedpipesystemsforburiedhotwaterdistributionandtransmissionnetworks,see.Figure2,withpipeassembliesinaccordancewithEN253,forcontinuousoperationwithhotwateratvarioustemperaturesupto120℃andoccasionallywithpeaktemperaturesupto140℃andmaximuminternalpressure25bar(overpressure).Applicationrule:Forlargerpipedimensionsandpressuresbelow25barwallthicknessbiggerthanspecifiedinEN253canberequiredforstraightpipes,bendsandtees.Theprinciplesofthestandardcanbeappliedtopreinsulatedpipesystemswithpressureshigherthan25bar,providedthatspecialattentionispaidtotheeffectsofpressure.Adjacentpipesbelongingtothenetwork(e.g.pipesinducts,valvechambers,roadcrossingsabovegroundetc.)canbedesignedandinstalledaccordingtothisstandard.Thestandardassumesuseoftreatedwater,whichbysoftening,demineralisation,deaeration,addingofchemicals,orotherwisehasbeentreatedtopreventinternalcorrosionanddepositsinthepipes.Thisstandardisnotapplicableforsuchunitsas-pumps,-exchangers,-boilerinstallations,tankinstallations,-consumerinstallations.However,thefullfunctionalabilityanddurabilityofsuchunitsshouldbeensuredinconsiderationoftheimpactsfromthedistrictheatingsystemandotherimpactsoccurringfromtheconditionsunderwhichtheyhavebeeninstalled.GuidelinesforproductqualityinspectionandinsitutestsofjointsaregiveninannexAofEN448:2003,annexDofEN253:2003,annexAofEN488:2003andannexBofEN489:2003.GuidelinesforweldingofpolyethylenecasingaregiveninannexBofEN448:2003.TheestimationofexpectedlifewithcontinuousoperationatvarioustemperaturesisoutlinedinannexBofEN253:2003
