【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthegaschromatographicdeterminationofpesticideresiduesinleaftobacco,manufacturedtobaccoandtobaccoproducts.ThemethodisapplicabletothedeterminationoftheorganochlorinepesticideslistedinTable1.ThemethodisparticularlyrecommendedfordeterminationofthesubstanceswithinthedetectionlimitslistedinTable1.NOTE1Themethodhasbeendemonstratedtobefreefromerrorsthatmayarisefrominterferingpeaksonthechromatogramthatoriginatefromnon-organochlorinepesticidesubstances,whenappliedtovariousstylesofleaftobacco.However,theprecedingstatementcannotbeassumedtoapplytoallformsandvariantsoftobaccoandtobaccoproductsandcareshouldbetakenintheinterpretationofanyunexpected,apparentlypositiveresults.Someanalystsadvocatetheuseofmassspectrometricconfirmationofthechemicalstructureofcompoundsdetectedbychromatographyinsuchcircumstances.NOTE2ISO1750containsthesystematicchemicalnamesandstructurescorrespondingtothecommonnamesgiveninTable1.
