【摘要】:GB4706．1—2005的该章由下述内容代替：本部分涉及额定电压不超过250V的家用和类似用途的电剃须刀、电推剪及类似器具的安全。注101：类似器具的例子有用于修手和修脚的器具。不作为一般家用,但对公众仍可能引起危险的器具,例如打算在商店和农场中由非专业人员使用的器具也属于本部分的范围。注102：这样的器具的例子有动物用剪毛器、动物用电推剪以及理发店用的器具。就实际情况而言,本部分所涉及的各种器具存在的普通危险,是在住宅和住宅周围环境中所有的人可能会遇到的。然而,一般说来本部分并未涉及：—一一无人照看的幼儿和残疾人使用器具时的危险；——一幼儿玩耍器具的情况。注103：注意下述情况：——对于打算用于车辆、船舶或航空器上的器具,可能需要附加的要求；——在许多国家,附加要求由国家卫生保健部门、负责劳动保护的部门和类似部门来规定。注104：本部分不适用于：——打算使用在经常产生腐蚀性或爆炸性气体(如灰尘、蒸汽或瓦斯气体)特殊环境场所的器具；—一—按摩器具(GB4706．10)：一一—医用器具(1EC60601)。

【摘要】:Becausethesampleispreparedinamannerasitwouldbeappliedinthefield,thetestspecimensmaybeconsideredrepresentativeoftheapplicationofaspecifiedsurfacing.Suchmethodsincludeapplicationbysqueegees,rollers,trowels,notchedtrowels,andgagerakes.Thesesystemsvaryinseveralways,includingthenumberoflayersorapplicationsteps,thesurfacefinish,andvariationincomposition.Theresultsobtainedincarryingoutthispracticeshouldserveasaguideincomparingsimilarlyappliedsurfacings.Noattempthasbeenmadetoincorporateintothispracticeallofthevariousfactorsthatmayaffecttheperformanceofsuchapplicationswhensubjectedtoactualservice.1.1Thispracticecoversmethodsforpreparingtestspecimensandtestingproceduresforbroadcastorslurry-broadcastmonolithicfloorsurfacingsinareaswherechemicalresistanceisrequired.1.2Thesefloorsurfacingsareappliedbyvariousapplicationmethodsincludingsqueegees,rollers,trowels,notchedtrowels,andgagerakesontosuitablypreparedconcretesubstrates.Thesurfacingsbondtothesubstrateuponcuringtoprovideanominalthicknessof60mils(1.5mm)orgreater.1.3Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.ThevaluesgiveninparenthesesaremathematicalconversionstoSIunitsthatareprovidedforinformationonlyandarenotconsideredstandard.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
