【摘要】:1ThisInternationalStandardestablishesasystemforthequalificationofpersonnelwhoperformNDTapplicationsofalimited,repetitiveorautomatednature,suchas:a)eddycurrentandelectromagneticsortingofmaterials;b)eddycurrentandelectromagnetictestingoftubularproductsduringmanufacture;c)normalbeamultrasonictestingofplatematerialsduringmanufacture;d)ultrasonicthicknesstesting.TheseexamplesarenotintendedtorestricttherangeofqualificationswhichcouldbecoveredbythisInternationalStandard.2Thisstandardthereforedoesnotprovideformagneticparticletesting(MT)orliquidpenetranttesting(PT).NOTEThearrangementsdescribedinISO9712providesufficientflexibilitytoallowlimitedapplicationsofthesemethods.3Whentheneedforqualifiednon-destructivetesting(NDT)personnelisdefinedinproductstandards,regulations,codesorspecifications,andthenatureofthetestingtobecarriedoutislimitedinscopeorautomatedsuchthatthequalificationrequirementsspecifiedinISO9712areconsideredinappropriateorexcessive,itmaybesatisfiedbyqualificationinaccordancewiththisInternationalStandard.4ThisInternationalStandardisnotintendedtosupplantthequalificationandcertificationrequirementsdetailedinsector-specificstandards,suchasISO11484:1994Steeltubesforpressurepurposes—Qualificationandcertificationofnon-destructivetesting(NDT)personnel.5TherequirementsdetailedhereinapplyonlytoNDTpersonnelqualifiedforspecificapplications,andnodirectattemptshouldbemadetoequatethistotheNDTlevelsdefinedinISO9712.However,itisrecommendedthatqualifiedpersonneldefinedinthisInternationalStandardbesupervisedbyanappropriatelycertifiedNDTlevel2or3personasdefinedinISO9712:1999.
