【摘要】:ISO24237:2005specifiesamethodforevaluatingtherepeatabilityandconstancyoftheintensityscaleofX-rayphotoelectronspectrometers,forgeneralanalyticalpurposes,usingunmonochromatedAlorMgX-raysormonochromatedAlX-rays.Itisonlyapplicabletoinstrumentsthatincorporateaniongunforsputtercleaning.Itisnotintendedtobeacalibrationoftheintensity/energyresponsefunction.Thatcalibrationmaybemadebytheinstrumentmanufacturerorotherorganization.Thepresentprocedureprovidesdatatoevaluateandconfirmtheaccuracywithwhichtheintensity/energyresponsefunctionremainsconstantwithinstrumentusage.Guidanceisgivenonsomeoftheinstrumentsettingsthatmayaffectthisconstancy.

【摘要】:Thistestmethodisusedtodeterminetheproportionofthetotalsolublesolidswhicharesolublenon-tanninsandtheproportionwhicharetanninsinasolutionoftanninextractorinthewaterextractfromraworspentmaterialspreparedfortanninanalysis.Thespecimensarealiquotsfromtheanalyticalsolutionspreparedfromtanninextractsorthewaterextractsolutionspreparedfromraworspentmaterials.Thesolublenon-tanninsaredefinedastheportionofthesolublesolidswhicharenotabsorbedorboundbyapreparedhidepowdermaterial.Thetanninsaredefinedastheportionofthesolublesolidswhichareabsorbedorboundbyapreparedhidepowdermaterial.Theresultsofthistestmethodaredependentonagreatmanyvariablesbutparticularlyupon:Thetemperatureconditionsunderwhichthesolutionswerepreparedandstoredandthetemperatureatwhichthecurrentanalysisisperformed;TheuniformityandconsistencyoftheKaolinpastelayerdepositedontothefilterpaper;Therateofsolutionrun-outfromthepipette;Conditionsrelatedtothepropertiesofthehidepowderusedtoreactwiththetannincontentofthesolution;etc.Itis,therefore,essentialthatthemethodbefollowedexactlyinordertoobtainreproducibleresultsbothamongspecimenswithinalaboratoryandforanalysesbetweenlaboratories.1.1Thistestmethodisintendedforuseindeterminingthequantityofsolublenon-tanninsandtannininsolutionsoftanninextracts,waterextractsofvegetabletanningmaterials,ortanningliquors.Themethodisapplicabletotheanalysisofliquid,solid,pasty,andpowderedextractsandtoextractsofraworspentmaterials.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Theinch-poundunitsgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
