【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoindustrialhigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationsusedforthepurposeofthermalapplicationssuchasmelting,drying,welding,insectextermination,andgluingofpartiallyconductiveornon-conductivematerialssuchasplastics,wood,rubber,textiles,glass,ceramic,paper,bambooorfoodstuffs,inbothnormalandprotectiveatmospheres,using,forexample,inertgasesorvacuum.Thisstandardrelatestohigh-frequencydielectricheatinginstallationswithnominaldielectricheatingfrequencyintherangefrom1MHzto300MHzwithratedusefuloutputpowergreaterthan50W.Themainpurposeofthisstandardistoassistincompliancewiththerequirementssetoutin6.4ofIEC60519-9whentestingelectroheatingpowersources.Itisnotprimarilyintendedasameansofrepresentingapotentialhigh-frequencyheatingapplicationfortherequirementoftheuser.Duetothelargevarietyofdielectricheatingapplications,anyoutputpowervalueobtainedasaresultofthesetestsshouldnotalwaysbetakenasrepresentingthepowerthatcanbedissipatedinaparticulardielectricheatinginstallation,but,incertaininstances,theoutputpowervaluecouldbeusedasanindicationofperformance.Thepowerrequiredtoheatachargeisdependent,forexample,onthetypeofmaterialheated,thetemperatureofheatingandambientmoistureandontheconstructionoftheelectrodesystem.NOTEHeatingachargewithdielectricparametersdeeplychangingintimeand/ortemperaturethevalueoftheoutputpowerobtainedwiththeactualchargemaybedifferentfromthatobtainedinstandardtestconditions.ForequipmentworkingoutsidetheITU-designatedbands,thefrequencyofthegeneratorfollowstheresonantfrequencyoftheoutputcircuit,thustheoutputpowercanremainfairlystableduringtheworkcycle,evenwithhandtuningoftheoutputcircuit.Therefore,accordingtothisstandard,thetestwellrepresentstheactualoutputpowerinpracticalworkconditions.ForequipmentworkinginITU-designatedbands,thefrequencyofthegeneratorremainsstable,buttheresonantfrequencyoftheoutputcircuitvarieswiththechangeofdielectricparametersoftheload.Therefore,thevalueofthemeanoutputpowerintheworkcyclecanbemuchlowerthanthevalueobtainedinthetestconditions.Thisvaluedependsonthetimeresponseoftheeventualautomatictuningsystem.Thisstandardrelatestoequipmentnormallyoperatingundercontinuousratedconditions.
