【摘要】:ThispartofISO8178specifiesthemeasurementandevaluationmethodsforgaseousandparticulateexhaustemissionsfromreciprocatinginternalcombustion(RIC)enginesundersteady-stateconditionsonatestbed,necessaryfordeterminingoneweightedvalueforeachexhaustgaspollutant.Variouscombinationsofengineloadandspeedreflectdifferentengineapplications(seeISO8178-4).ThispartofISO8178isapplicabletoRICenginesformobile,transportableandstationaryuse,excludingenginesformotorvehiclesprimarilydesignedforroaduse.ThispartofISO8178maybeappliedtoenginesused,forexample,forearth-movingmachines,generatingsetsandforotherapplications.Inlimitedinstances,theenginecanbetestedonthetestbedinaccordancewithISO8178-2,thefieldtestdocument.Thiscanonlyoccurwiththeagreementofthepartiesinvolved.ItshouldberecognizedthatdataobtainedunderthesecircumstancesmaynotagreecompletelywithpreviousorfuturedataobtainedundertheauspicesofthispartofISO8178.Therefore,itisrecommendedthatthisoptionbeexercisedonlywithenginesbuiltinverylimitedquantitiessuchasverylargemarineorgeneratingsetengines.Forenginesusedinmachinerycoveredbyadditionalrequirements(e.g.occupationalhealthandsafetyregulations,regulationsforpowerplants),additionaltestconditionsandspecialevaluationmethodsmayapply.Whereitisnotpossibletouseatestbedorwhereinformationisrequiredontheactualemissionsproducedbyanin-serviceengine,thesitetestproceduresandcalculationmethodsspecifiedinISO8178-2areappropriate.
