【摘要】:ThisTechnicalReportconsidersthecontrolmeasuresrequiredtoensurepatientsafetyinrespecttohealthsoftwareproducts.Itdoesnotapplytosoftwarewhichis:necessaryfortheproperapplicationofamedicaldeviceoranaccessorytoamedicaldeviceoramedicaldeviceinitsownright.ThisTechnicalReportisaimedatidentifyingwhatstandardsmightbestbeusedorcreated,andtheirnature,ifhealthsoftwareproductsweretoberegulatedorcontrolledinsomeotherformalorinformalorvoluntarymannerwhethernational,regionalorlocal.However,itisnotthepurposeofthisTechnicalReporttorecommendwhetherornothealthsoftwareproductsshouldberegulated.ThisTechnicalReportappliestoanyhealthsoftwareproductwhetherornotitisplacedonthemarketandwhetherornotitisforsaleorfreeofcharge.Itisaddressedtomanufacturersofhealthsoftwareproducts.NOTEThescopeisintendedtocoverhealthsoftwareproductswhicharenot,inpractice,coveredbymedicaldeviceregulations.AnnexAconsidersthismatterindetail.ThisTechnicalReportacknowledgesthat,ontheboundary,therearehealthsoftwareproductswhichareencompassedbymedicaldeviceregulationsinsomecountriesbutnotinothersandthatsomedefinitionsofmedicaldevicesmayappeartocoverhealthsoftwareproductsingeneralbutinpracticedonot.
